COMPANY PROFILE

ANAN industrial park was first founded in 2008. The company has grown considerably since then to become a major player in the synthetic leather market. ANAN headquarters are located in Changtai, a county of the southern Fujian province under the administration of Zhangzhou City. Changtai is an ideal location because it benefits from being a part of the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone. This zone has accelerated economic development in coastal cities of Fujian by reducing the cost of aviation, shipping and postal services. Today ANAN has over 1200 workers, its premises cover over 253,000 square metres, and ANAN is equipped with the latest production line technology capable of producing 3 million yards of product a month. ANAN can safely guarantee they are prepared to meet any customer needs.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

All manufactured product adheres to internationally recognised quality management standards (such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001). These standards ensure organisations meet customer expectations and needs by only allowing product of acceptable quality to be produced. To further enhance quality, ANAN cooperates with other footwear brands to establish Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards, carries out strict inspection measures periodically, and is certified by SATRA (one of the world’s leading authorities for testing technical aspects of footwear).

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION SYSTEM

ANAN prides itself on having a philosophy focused on environmental protection. To attest to these claims, we have spent over $400,000 in building a sewage treatment plant, invested over $1.7 million in building a coal-water-slurry energy heating boiler system, and spent over $500,000 in building five sets of dimethyl formamide (DMF) waste gas recovery systems. All these efforts help ensure we can continue to meet our customer’s needs, while minimising our impact on the environment.
